"Recently we have had a
pleasant experience of selling our house and buying another one. In a short
period of time, (26 days), our house was carefully prepared, put on the market
and sold at a satisfactory price. All the process of selling: the house’s
staging, paperwork, negotiations and closing were done smoothly and without
stress. It was possible because we had an excellent real state service, which
means, a person with solid reliable experience that put forth all the efforts
to give us the best results.
In the same way she showed ability and competence in finding a new house for us. Only the houses that best fitted to our needs were presented, not wasting any time. She helped us in choosing a house with great care as if the house was for her. Once more all the steps were taken carefully and as a result, we bought a new house in just one week and we are very happy!
